 Langholm Golf Club was founded in 1892 and its first Captain was Moses, Thomas Moses a Director of the World famous cloth makers Reid & Taylor. (The company who manufacture the cloth for Augusta’s “Green Jackets.”) No matter where you are on the course at Langholm you can be sure of spectacular views. Three completely new holes have been added to the course at Langholm during the last few seasons. The 8th a long par 4, the 9th a beautiful finishing par 3 and the highlight or low-light depending on your score, the 7th a short par 4 downhill with what should be a pitching wedge across a wide ditch to an island green with an out of bounds at its rear!
